Any info on this HIStory Tour concert?

Here's an interesting pic from the HIStory Tour which has Michael performing Heal The World while wearing the Billie Jean pants with the the gold stripe. Was this taken from an actual concert and if so does anyone know which one it was? Or is it a pic taken from rehearsals?

That's not a stripe on the pants, it's a mark on the picture...you can see it's all the way up his shirt..and all the way down to the corner, past the pants (if you click on it)

That clears things up. I really liked it when Michael performed other songs in the Billie Jean pants on the Bad Tour and I wish he would have carried that on into his future tours. The pants with the white/silver/gold stripe made him pop more on stage.
