anyone in paris????

I leave tomorrow to Paris, France.... I'm definitely prepared for the weather. But I'm wondering is it too cold to do anything? Specifically for new years at the eiffel tower.. also, i hear a lot of delays are going on north. I've been checking the weather every hour and it keeps changing. From just rain and then to rain/snow. I know its unpredictable right now... I hope i'm not delayed. I'm set to arrive on the 28th.. any info would be helpful. I'm getting anxiety!

Actually, in France it's cold in North and the weather isn't so good. I think it's snowing.
I live in south so it's a little bit different.
