Background vocals during (New) STTR chorus ?

Does anyone know what the hell is being said during the chorus part in the background ? It feels like someone is screaming out of a megaphone aka blow horn.

What are your thoughts on that anyway ?

Normally his vocal fits perfectly, but in Slave it just disturbs the vibe of the song.
