So, Bad25 in the lead so far.. with 6 votes -- & only 2 votes for TII.

Judging by this survey, it's a real shame what Estate has achieved so far. It would be so easy to do better in the future. Just more releases like Xscape and Bad 25.

Wait, we can't vote for This Is It 10th anniversary edition ?

(Joking.)

You forgot the chalk lol. Estate is a huge disappointment. The leaks have been the best thing we have gotten. Xscape wasn’t that good considering the hatchet job in the reimagined versions. I have learned to just be happy with what Mike gave us and enjoy the leaks when we are lucky enough to get one. Nothing much to talk about anymore.

TII (movie) was ok, not sure how I'd compare it to the Michael/X albums. I really don't see the point of TII (album) or Scream.

The only great releases have had nothing to do with the "estate', namely the two SACDs from MoFi.

Top 3 for me:
  1. This Is It. Borderline perfect documentary. I understand the skepticism over the historical revisionism, but I have zero interest in watching a movie that accurately portrays MJ at that time given what we know about his mental/physical state.
  2. Bad 25. Phenomenal packaging, great selection of new songs. The Wembley show was a bummer and the remixes are disposable, but this is unquestionably worth the money.
  3. Xscape. Something for everyone: contemporary remixes and original demos. The quality of the OG cuts is shameful though.

There are some more:
- MJ The Musical
- MJ One
- Vision (Video Box Set)
- The Experience (Video Game)

Bad 25 was near perfect..
replace the VHS concert rip with an actual HQ one and it is perfect.

Bad 25 was near perfect..
It's the best product Sony & Estate have released so far - no doubt about this. But it's nowhere near perfect.

They didn't bother to deliver what they've initially promised.

I’d say the only bad choices about B25 are:

- too loud Masters on all tracks
- weird remixes
- shit quality concert

everything else is fine. I like the bonus tracks. I think it’s fine that they kept away songs from it to save them for later (still waiting). I think overall it was worth the money. If they’d just re-release a bad concert in good quality..
