Well, when it comes to weight training, I try not to listen to music as I think it's much better to focus on working out. After all, you're working with weights. Of course, I hear music all the time when I'm working out at my gym as my gym plays music through its speakers, but I try not to listen to it when I'm training with weights.

When it comes to cardio stuff, though, I have no problem with listening to music. I think almost any upbeat, uptempo MJ song is good to do cardio to, particularly:

1. "2000 Watts"
2. "2 Bad"
3. "Another Part of Me"
4. "Baby Be Mine"
5. "Bad"
6. "Beat It"
7. "Billie Jean"
8. "Black Or White"
9. "Blood On The Dance Floor"
10. "Burn This Disco Out"
11. "Can't Let Her Get Away"
12. "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough"
13. "Get On The Floor"
14. "Ghosts"
15. "Heartbreaker"
16. "Hollywood Tonight"
17. "In the Closet"
18. "Invincible"
19. "Jam"
20. "PYT"
21. "Off The Wall"
22. "Rock With You"
23. "Scream"
24. "She Drives Me Wild"
25. "Slave To The Rhythm" (Timbaland Remix)
26. "Smooth Criminal"
27. "Speed Demon"
28. "Superfly Sister"
29. "This Time Around"
30. "Threatened"
31. "Thriller"
32. "Unbreakable"
33. "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'"
34. "Who Is It"
35. "Workin' Day and Night"
36. "Xscape"
37. "You Rock My World"

You can look at the Michael Jackson Experience Wii Game track listing - good work out songs ;)
