Why every time I see this clip everyone thinks MJ falls off the stage? But I’m convinced he doesn’t fall and Ortega actually says ‘Michael now you go off and change’ hence why Michael is calling for Bush.

Obviously. One of the many fake viral moments, just like the “Brad what are you gonna do” moment, or the deep voice moment at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

The sound of the explosion is just a sound effect triggered by the band or sound crew. And yes, Ortega does say “Michael now you go off stage”. Had he fallen off stage, neither Michael nor Kenny would have reacted so calmly.
