I put in a reset reguest at the below aprox 2am EST
Im not sure how many hours but i would say at least 8
It seem to be runnign slow. have we done any changes ?

Just sounds like one of those every now and then things. I will as can we just keep a little eye and let me now if we have anymore instances.
 
are the above information to reset the board is correct? we weren't sure if we still can restart the server the same way last night
 
Yes its correct Ivy .. I was thinking we changed services when we were speaking but i had no probs when I contacted them.
 
We're still with the same people only a different IP
 
I know what it is, I added a program that emails members who have not been in for a while, its a cron thats running mass sending mails which I think is killing the server,

I've turned it of for now to see if this stops us going off.
 
our memberservice mail is swamped with Spam mails too
I have 633 to go though .. to find the valid ones .. and they keep coming

Is it bots attacking our mail server now?
 
Gaz can you post the new IP? I think we need that info to restart?
