Latest on MJJC

Can´t login to the chat

Hi, i register (a separate account, yes) to the MJFam to access the chat but everytime, since i register, can't login, it says "Login Failed" on the top part of the page.

Help!

Hi Ketzergon,
I passed through your message, as i tried to help you get in last time already.
Probably it needs a closer look from Sr Staff or Owner..
Help is on the way ;)

Hi, i didn't register a username yet, it just ask for my email and password.

You told me you received an email with an activation link, which means you have registered a name and password. So when you signed up for the service, you were asked to pick a username and password (see the screen shot below):

What username did you choose? That is what Gaz is looking for.

I'm not logged in chat.. here's the issues
Hey guys... when I first joined the new chat what back in end of Sept. or October I had no issues, and I use the same email address for both MJJCommunity.com forum & The Main MJJCommunity.com to keep all things MJJC together. While I was on LOA (leave of absence for a few days) I was notified by Daz that I was still logged-in MJFamNow Chat in which I'd logged out when I left. anyways, once I got that PM I went and checked and I was logged-out and so I cleared my browser cache etc. and seen if I could log back in - I wasn't able too, so, I again cleared my browser cache etc. I reset my password and was able to log back in
fine I've been able to chat was on this morning listening to the music as I can't click the MJJC Radio and play it so I have to go to chat & listen member popped in I chatted a bit with and logged out a couple hours or less ago.. I went to log back in which I can log in the main page, yet now, although I'm logged in I click MJFam Now Chat I am logged in yet it stated this:

..yet this happens or I click an app it returns to main page.
I am not logged -in now those are screen captures of my screen to show I'm logged in yet that what states in MJFan chat and I can't use any of the other apps as it just takes me back to main menu.

yeah my laptop is woren in, but it's fairly new I have the latest software & browser. Windows 8.1 IE 11

I always click leave chat when I'm finished and I always click log out.
So how is it I can log in at main page yet states I'm not who I am or use the apps strange.. lol idk

I was logged-out last time - but for whatever reason you guys seen me logged in - the problem that I had was that I couldn't log back in I reset my password and then was able too. I guess I'll try the same thing I did before - and see what happens yet a new issue here is I can log in now it says username taken

Jeeze I'd hate to bug Gaz on his B-day.
 
Hey Tam,

Generally when it says the username is already taken it means you have a window already open, basically it will not let you log into the chat twice, first thing to check is you have not got another tab or window open thats in the chat, second if not then hmmm it would seem there is a bug with your account - I've not heard or had this happen with anyone else which is quite weird.

My only other thought would be to clear your browser cookies/cache, that may drop you from the chat room.

Thank you for coming in here and helping me. I'm back in chat. You writing about another tab open gave me a thought.. to check and see if I were logged in elsewhere and I was on my phone, once I logged out & cleared everything on both my phone & laptop, I was able to get right back in.



Edit* I was in and everything was fine until I opened another tab and it logged me out in chat so now back to square one it seems if I want to chat I will have clear everything everytime that's how I think it'll work.
It's funny, bcus before I took my leave for a few days it was working fine everytime that I went in there.
The only thing it could be is I was logged in MJJC forum when my laptop did a auto windows browser update that I wasn't expecting on that day, that's when the problems began a few days after the updates...

I'll just take it day by day and see what happens...

Gaz - It seems I've been able to get in MJFam Chat now every day. so again Thank you. :D
also, I am able to use MJJC Radio and was able to add my profile picture.
also I installed Chrome browser
