Can we still put flowers forever?

I'm overseas. someday.....if i can go to US...can i put flowers in the walk of fame? or neverland? or when we find out where the burial?

I was wondering the same thing...I'm either still going to go to London in August, or I can go to Neverland/his grave instead, but I was wondering if we'd still be aloud to put flowers or it'd be too late...
