Can't change my password / inactivate old account?

I had an account on this site but one day I forgot my password so I sent a request to change it, I was sent an email about my password being reset and a link to change it but once I clicked on the link I got an "404-error" and the site told me that the page doesn't exist. I tried it multiple times but the link didn't take me anywhere. I couldn't enter my account so I created this new one instead and now I'm wondering if you could inactivate my old account (Slave To MJ's Rythm) so I can have the same email address for this new one?

I didn't know where to ask this since I'm fairly new and haven't been in the forums as often.
