Notice she put MJ in the title with Lori. And she needs to know, MJ music is up. These writers do not speak for the public and the public knows they are full of it and have an agenda. What she is trying to compare makes no sense. I will write when I get home. I just happen to see Lori and see the rest. These writer is just upset that folks still love MJ and that trash flopped.

- They say it happened multible times (100 times)
- They say it happened over a long period of time from many years
- They say when it hapened it happened nearly everytime they were togeteher with Mj without days or weeks breaks between the molestations
- They say the molestations were always very exreme and intense
- They roll everthing what went wrong in their lifes off the things MJ did to them

Everything makes the financial outcome from the lawsuits, the interviews and from the sells of LN higher for them!

When the would only say it happend one til 5 times and it would be only some inapropreate touching, it whould be not so valuable, not enough to get huge public attention and fill out a film with this.

When they must get trogh this they wanna 'win big time" not only a few dollers... bilions of dollars so everthing what did happen to them has to be so extreame as possible!!!

They are collecting the dollars since the sundance premier now and will collect much more til they are really exposed publically.
When they are exposed they can leave the country and don't have to give anything back cause nobody can sue them for deformation of a dead person.

A source close to the Jackson family told the publication that Prince, Paris, and Prince Michael Jackson II are thinking about taking Wade Robson and James Safechuck to court fraud, emotional distress, slander, and misrepresentation.

However in the article itself I can't find that at all.

I see no reason why the Jackson companies cannot counter sue them for filing the lawsuits if for anything to have the opportunity to cross examine them especially Safechuck. I believe the estate felt very strong, rightfully, about their legal position defending the lawsuits, a good lawyer would have known those two clowns had no chance of winning a civil lawsuits against the estate, that's why they relied solely on technicalities in their defence and did not bother with investigating their personal lives to use it against them a strategy that worked very well for Mez in 2005 who unveiled a mountain of evidence against the Arvizos. He dived into their past and used it against them. The estate has failed to do that although they had been litigating these cases for 6 years now. I don't know what to say but if it were not for the fans, mj's legacy would have been done while the estate's been watching with its billions of dollars doing nothing to mitigate the damage.

Kent Tribute Festival organisers to wait before deciding whether to cancel Michael Jackson tribute act Navi

Kent Tribute Festival organisers say it would be a “knee-jerk reaction” to ditch a Michael Jackson act from its line-up in the wake of a controversial documentary alleging the late pop star was a paedophile.

Leaving Neverland, which aired on Channel 4 last week, featured explicit allegations of child sexual abuse made by two men against the world-famous singer, who died in 2009.

Its release has prompted a number of radio stations across the world to remove Jackson’s songs from their playlists.

Although none in the UK has followed suit, a report in The Times suggests BBC Radio 2 has not played one of his tunes since February 23.

However, Gerald McCarthy, who organises the Kent Tribute Festival, says he will wait “a couple of months” before deciding whether to keep a ***** tribute singer in the event’s line-up.

“We’re waiting to hear from the artist to see if there’s an issue and if he’s continuing or winding down performances before we make any decisions,” he said.

“We don’t want a knee-jerk reaction to it all. In a couple of months’ time we’ll decide.

“We will see how it all unfolds and what public opinion dictates. Judging by what I’ve seen so far, it’s a fairly balanced opinion for and against.”

A J**** tribute is pencilled in to perform an hour-long set at the festival, which will take place on August 25 at the Strode Park Foundation.

The Trinidadian artist calls himself “the world’s number one Michael Jackson tribute” and has several hundred thousand followers on Facebook.

But Mr McCarthy suggests if any further allegations are made against Jackson, the organisers of the show may be forced to scrap the act.

“There are dozens of Michael Jackson performers around the UK still performing to sell-out audiences,” he added.

“We’ve got to separate the music from what happened. It’s not Michael Jackson performing for us; it’s someone who performs his music.

“He’s performed at the King’s Hall before and he’s very, very popular. When we announced he was performing, there was a small upsurge in interest.

“It’s all the very early and we don’t want to upend people’s careers.”

Why do people seem to think James will crack though? Don't forget that he is making plenty of money with this. He needs it very much for what he's being sued for after all. I wish he would, but he won't crack.
 
I don't agree with TSCM's assessment on Safe**** in that video. He was clearly trying sooooo hard to play the victim that moment.

Guys, the only social media I have is youtube.. please share this info on your social media pages: THE onlything I am not 100% sure about in this list (I keep trying to get someone to confirm) is if James claims if they honeymooned in Euro Disney in 1988... * In the doc Wades wife states she did not know how to deal with Wades abuse because she's had no experience with it, but their website stated she was also an abuse survivor

* James claims Michael called asking him to testify and threatened him... James legally was considered a 'non factor' by the courts. The judge ruled that his testimony would not be heard in the court room long before the trial began.

* That edited/sliced 'Happy Birthday' message was recorded before Wade and Michael ever spent any time together (aside from the time they met in Australia) and was filmed 7 months before his Bday

* James claimed to have owned the Thriller Jacket, it was actually it was given to Dennis Thompson (his clothing designers) and they had it until 2011 when it was auctioned

* James claims Harrison Ford gave him the whip from the Indiana Jones movie but it was actually given to the Institute of Archeology in 1990 (only 1 was used in the trilogy)

* James claims Michael and him 'honeymooned' in Euro Disney in 1988.. It did not open until 1992.

* James mother states she danced when Michael Jackson died... because?? According to James, he did not speak to anyone about his molestation until 2013

* Both mothers were laughing and lovingly talking about the time period they spent with Michael.. This is the time they would have been 'neglecting' their children while they were being abused.. Really?



* They talk about this elaborate grooming process Michael did but say he molested him the first day they were alone.. That's only hours from day to evening to make Wade comfortable enough to feel ok about something like that? Mind you, they were not US citizens so after the event, they'd be going home to Australia.. That's VERY risky!

* Wade Robson was sending links from an anti MJ website that paints Jackson as a pedophile to build his case (why would he need to do that if it's a personal event)

* Emails between Wade and his mother, Wade sends her an article making claims about Michael, she responds "wow, that never happened" and he still used the story in court.

* Emails between him and his mother show them going over stories and having 'many versions'

* Wade was caught lying under oath so bad that the judge stated "Their is no rational juror that could believe his testimony"

Wade Robson wrote 2 drafts of a 'tell all' book, the court ordered Wade to produce both drafts and the story of his abuse changed significantly from one draft to the next


* When Wade was forced to release his emails, he breached the order claiming it did not exist, than refused to submit, than tried using 'attorney client privileges' to prevent the emails to enter the case.. It eventually entered the case!


* James claims that he should address his abuse after seeing an interview with Wade on TV, however it was Wades attorneys that reached out to James before James made any move about the abuse.


* The court ordered Wade to present his personal journals to the court and it stated allegations would make him "relatable and relevant" and "it's time for me to get mine". When questioned about the quotes he stated he does not know what he meant by his own words.
* Wade robson claims two contradictory things.. 1. that he did not see anything wrong with the abuse at the time because he felt that he was in a 'fulfilling sexual relationship' at 7 years old and that's why he did not speak out... 2. that Michael would drill & threaten him about if he spoke out and he did not speak out due to fear.​


* James legal briefing states Michael spent thanksgiving with the Safechucks in 1987, Michael was in Australia on the Bad tour.


* Wade Robson was trying to have his wedding at Neverland and Michael Jacksons Nanny had to tell both Wade and Joy "NO" because the 2005 trial was going on at the time

* Wade claims that he was at Neverland and saw Michaels children and did not want Michaels kids to live without their dad and that's how he knew he 'had' to testify on Michaels behalf.. The time he visted Neverland was AFTER he testified​

Louis Vuitton said Thursday they were pulling Michael Jackson-themed clothes from a new collection in the wake of the "Leaving Neverland" documentary which revived claims that the singer sexually abused children.

The brand's men's autumn winter collection, designed by the label's American designer Virgil Abloh, was designed as a hommage to Jackson's "prodigious talent".It was shown at Paris fashion week in January on a spectacular set inspired by his "Billie Jean" video.

Abloh -- one of fashion's brightest new stars -- penned a long tribute to Jackson in his notes for the show and posted a poem he wrote about him to his 3.4 million Instagram followers.

He called the singer a "universally relatable marvel. Every person on Earth could mirror themselves in him".

But the world's richest brand said Thursday that it would not now make any piece from the collection "that directly features Michael Jackson elements".

"I am aware that in light of this documentary the show has caused emotional reactions," Abloh told the Women's Wear Daily (WWD), the fashion industry's house journal.

"I strictly condemn any form of child abuse, violence or infringement against any human rights," he added.--

Sorry if this has been mentioned before but did anyone notice how Oprah was saying to James something about "I mean you had a wedding!" and James just looks like he's thinking "this is so ridiculous" and then WADE answers the question "right". James follows with "right". James looked like he was about to crack right there and why is Wade answering a question directed at James? Can't remember if Wade was supposed to have "married" MJ as well thought it was just James. Secondly, how can any adult male say he didn't realise it was abuse? That's alarm bells right there for me. Ok so he was supposedly "brainwashed" and groomed" but how is he allowed to admit in public that as an adult he didn't realise this sort of thing (and it's soo graphic) was wrong? It's almost as if it gives a real pe do a get out clause. Let's say a real pe do was abused as a child, didn't realise it was abuse (supposedly) then carried on the cycle of abuse as an adult with other children. Can he then claim "oh I didn't realise it was abuse, it's love, I was brainwashed as a child by an adult to believe that" sorry that would NOT wash with anyone. We all know as adults it is wrong to do this sort of thing to kids so I can't fathom how Wade can come out and say I didn't realise this was wrong until I had my own kid and had visions of MJ doing it to my child (that also rings alarm bells-how in the hell can he admit that, is that even allowed?! I mean if it's true jeez keep that part to yourself at least! It's sick!) So any person who hasn't had a kid and has been abused might still not realise it was really abuse? Really?

* They talk about this elaborate grooming process Michael did but say he molested him the first day they were alone.. That's only hours from day to evening to make Wade comfortable enough to feel ok about something like that? Mind you, they were not US citizens so after the event, they'd be going home to Australia.. That's VERY risky!

* Wade Robson was sending links from an anti MJ website that paints Jackson as a pedophile to build his case (why would he need to do that if it's a personal event)

* Emails between Wade and his mother, Wade sends her an article making claims about Michael, she responds "wow, that never happened" and he still used the story in court.

* Emails between him and his mother show them going over stories and having 'many versions'

* Wade was caught lying under oath so bad that the judge stated "Their is no rational juror that could believe his testimony"

Wade Robson wrote 2 drafts of a 'tell all' book, the court ordered Wade to produce both drafts and the story of his abuse changed significantly from one draft to the next


* When Wade was forced to release his emails, he breached the order claiming it did not exist, than refused to submit, than tried using 'attorney client privileges' to prevent the emails to enter the case.. It eventually entered the case!


* James claims that he should address his abuse after seeing an interview with Wade on TV, however it was Wades attorneys that reached out to James before James made any move about the abuse.


* The court ordered Wade to present his personal journals to the court and it stated allegations would make him "relatable and relevant" and "it's time for me to get mine". When questioned about the quotes he stated he does not know what he meant by his own words.
* Wade robson claims two contradictory things.. 1. that he did not see anything wrong with the abuse at the time because he felt that he was in a 'fulfilling sexual relationship' at 7 years old and that's why he did not speak out... 2. that Michael would drill & threaten him about if he spoke out and he did not speak out due to fear.​


* James legal briefing states Michael spent thanksgiving with the Safechucks in 1987, Michael was in Australia on the Bad tour.


* Wade Robson was trying to have his wedding at Neverland and Michael Jacksons Nanny had to tell both Wade and Joy "NO" because the 2005 trial was going on at the time

* Wade claims that he was at Neverland and saw Michaels children and did not want Michaels kids to live without their dad and that's how he knew he 'had' to testify on Michaels behalf.. The time he visted Neverland was AFTER he testified​
