According to Wades testimony, this is the timeline and duration/frequency of visits, I gathered (page number of your link to the testimony document given in brackets):

First met in 1987 (p 9091)

1st visit to Neverland in 1989 (p 9094), and then went back to Australia

Couple of visits to USA, before permanently moving to USA. Visited Neverland around twice per year. (p 9112 and 9095). This is between 1989 and Sep 1991, which contradicts abuse allegations of 7-week duration in spring of 1990.

Moved back to USA permanently in Sep 1991. (p 9096)

Since returning to USA permanently, visited Neverland twice per year for a duration of 1 to 1.5 weeks. No more than 2 weeks per visit. (p 9112)

Number of times stayed in MJ's room: 15-20 times (p. 9100)

In another occasion (p 9096) he states: Number of times stayed at Neverland around mid 20s, mostly, for a weekend duration (Friday to Sunday) and no more than 1.5 weeks in fewer occasions.

He said in Dezember 2003.

"This family TOLD me this boy was ill with cancer and needed my help."

They also say that at some point Bashir arranged that all this children came to Neverland for the Documentary.
( I think the szenes with Gavin was filmed the same day.)

I don't know if it is anywhere proven that Gavin had cancer.

I'm a little bit deprerate now after I have read Wades comleate testimony from 2005 and realize that it is not really possible to vindicate Michael from Wads accusations.

The problem is that when you are sure that Wade is lying that Michael did molest him you must take Wades COMPLEATE long testimony from the 2005 under oath as the truth!
There he unfortanatly mentions all this sleepovers alone with Michael often together with him in the bed on all this occasions he mentions also in LN.

Noone in 2005 did proove or discredit that this sleepovers did not taken place like Wade described it there.
No Michael was on the stand who said that Wade is lying at any place in his testimony and I also can't read between the lines that he instructed Tom M. to attack or descredit anything about how the sleepovers did taken place or where.

Sadly noone ask Wade there if MJ would spend the whole night in the bed with him or if he would leave the bed and slept somewhere else.
This would have been an important question to ask.

With the testimony from 2005 in the back you can't really go against Wades accusations of LN and disproove them.

Though Wade's testimony was useful people habe been giving it away to much credit. His is not any more powerful than Culkins... and the arvizos cross examination wad super powerful!

They are just continuously calling him the lead witness because that's what he was. The actual content of the testimony was decent.

That is what conartist do. I gave many example of people who fake cancer even fake that they kids have cancer to get moneuy. In North Carolina, a another woman fake having cancer to get money because her husband was divorcing her.

I was always suspicious that Gavin did not have cancer. There was just something about his &#8220;cancer&#8221; that seemed fake to me. I told my family members at the time that I didn&#8217;t believe him or his mother . I also used to post my scepticism on other forums.

I hope that any MJ fan would NOT talk about any so-called abuse of Michael. He never claimed to be abused. He did say that he got whippings. That is not the same as abuse, and I don&#8217;t like how that word is freely used, when Michael didn&#8217;t use it himself. I also don&#8217;t believe that Michael was sexually abused and neither were any of the other Jackson children, IMO. Katherine would have killed Joe, if she thought that happened. The only &#8220;abuse&#8221; Michael received is from false allegations and the media&#8217;s abuse of a &#55357;&#56495; % innocent man. That&#8217;s the only &#8220;abuse&#8221; that can be certified and that we have proof and evidence of. Any other kind is conjecture and speculation. Therefore, no FAN should go there, especially when there is ZERO proof.

I do not know if he did have cancer or not but I wont be surprise if he did not. Just like he was a 'bad @$$" even in school yet he claimed he wanted to be a priest". That is another methods conartists use. Wanting to be priest is a HIGH Value advance thought for a kid that age and when a kid think that high, he is way advance in school (straight A+ student and well behaved). Nothing about Garvin or his personality thinking that advance suggest he was wanting to be a priest. He was a CON who his mother trained.
