Did they delete and re-upload MJ videos recently on YouTube?

I just noticed this. It say Human Nature from Wembley has been uploaded this October and has ca. 800k views.

But I swear I remember it having over 10 million views before and it's been uploaded in 2012. So what happened? Why do they keep doing this? Deleting videos and then re-uploading them - of course, annuling the view count in the process.

As far as I can see the only difference is an open comment section. :/
 
As far as I remember for these concert videos the comment section was open before as well.
