It was? I don't remember seeing this before. I hope they add rough cuts of all the short film when they release them on Blu-Ray.

I think it's more of a newly made outtake collection than an original rough cut.
The fact that every sequence / film reel seems to have different physical dirt-damage kind of proofs that it was not cut like this in the 80s. If it had survived like this on one reel, the damage would have been more even throughout the whole video.
Also some of these scenes are clearly poor outtakes that would have never been used in a final edit.

Very interesteing to watch anyway for everyone who has seen the final video hundreds of times.

^^There are a couple of shots that I really wish they had included in the final version (although I love the final version with a passion)-Michael's entrance in that cage, and the shots of Diana in the alley, stumbling over the cables, exiting the car, and running up the stairs are jaw dropping.

(That girl has got gorgeous legs).
