I don't really like any and don't know much about their music. I tried to listen to a few of them (likely the most famous ones) but the few stuff I know/remember felt quite bland to me.

Actually, I don't feel any interest in her music and as I said in my previous those I know from these artists sound bland to me.
But if the music is mediocre, why do so many people listen? It's a genuine question I ask myself, not really taking sides.

I've heard a few of her main hits simply from being in public, hearing them on the radio, or from other people wanting me to listen to her. It is just boring and uninspiring.
 
It goes the other way, that every artist has at least one good song, one song each person will like. It’s on the individual to find them.

Again, For Bruno Mars it’s Calling all My Lovelies.

I don't know anything about her, just one or two songs, tbh. But great opportunity here: can you recommend really good songs she did? Because in my world it's... let's say not very complex composing - but I am open to listen to some stuff, maybe I am wrong πŸ’.

My favourite is defiantly Starboy, and Trilogy is a close runner up.

I really like her song exile (feat. Bon Iver), her song long live, and Opalite. Oh, and Don't blame me.

Listened to them now, thanks for the suggestions.

First of all, I guess I am not her target group as I prefer punk/(hard) rock, lyrics containing social criticism, BAM, you get the picture πŸ˜….

So, the song "don't blame me" is okay, I like the sound effects. Her singing style is just too bland for me, I feel like she just sings the notes like they are written on the paper and doesn't put a lot of emotion into her voice. But I need singers to grab my heart, tear it out and put it back in again.

And the lyrics, well...like mentioned above, but personal taste.

Idkkk i think shes a nice singer but i don’t like her. I do listen to her when she comes on the radio.
