Does Birchey have a transcript of our Data base?

Im so sorry Gaz to hear this. OMG that shocked the hell out of me to read that. Are you saying thay have a copy of our database for all to read ?? That cant be legal. or they just saw the information from ther attorney? Did they threaten you with that info ? If so i would contact Soca , Sony or the attorneys - To make sure it is private/sealed and not allowed to be shared. This whole thing is a huge mess .. im not even sure about making it public .. I fear repercussion.

So it now seems SOCA gave a copy of my server to the defence in turn showing Birchey and Cartman every single private conversation we as a community have had,


1. Almost lost server, returned in a state (corrupt databases)
2. Our privacy compromised for all to read

I tried to reach out in hope of us building bridges to move on and become one again, which was thrown in my face.

I nor MJJC did not bring one ounce of this on ourselves,

Then you wonder why I am so f**king pissed off with all this.

I am affraid so, someone told me SOCA had to give a copy to Birchey Cartman and his legal team as is required with all evidence, they have had the ability to read everything. all pms all posts. including conversations that did not even include them.

But do they still have access to it is what I mean. they shouldnt have a copy or access outside the court. and if they divulge or use any of that info, you should be able to report them to Soca the authrorities or sue them.

They have the copy that soca took from me, everything else from there they do not have.
