Analysing Discogs, I can guess stuff, but I'm not 100% sure, are there official Eaten Alive tracks that exist on vinyl and that don't exist in digital.

Here is what I see so far

Kind of things I wonder: Is "D2 - Single Mix" the same as "album mix"? Is it the Kevorkian/St. Germain mix? Is Hot Extended Dance Remix actually the Kevorkian/St. Germain mix or is it yet another mix? Are V4 and D5 the same thing? If they are, there should be not match for V3? (Since D2 is not supposed to be the same mix as D4...) If there aren't, then that V4 5:51 instrumental doesn't exist in digital?
And weirdly I come to wonder is "Single Mix" and "Hot Extended Dance Mix" are all versions of the the same mix...but then why would they have different titles on the same release?

Thank you for info! Help me sleep easier!

I finally took some time to do some comparison. Mostly comparing waveforms to spot differences and similarities.

Instrumental version from 12'' is "Hot Extended Dance Mix Instrumental" from 2014 CD.
Extended Re-mix from 12'' is "Extended Re-Mix" from 1989 CD and "Hot Extended Dance Mix" from 2014 CD.
The "Single Mix" from 2014 CD has very similar structure to album version with more instrumental (like a guitar, then I'm not always good to spot instruments differences)
For some reason, the "Single Mix Instrumental" has a slightly ending, which explains why it a it slightly longer.

My conclusion right now is that the 2014 double CD (probably) has all versions.
Though, I think the sound of the 12'' slightly superior (at least on the one that I have).

I don't feel like update the table here above.
