I'll be in NYC on 25th July, when it will be a month from the shockin Michael's death :(

does anyone of you gather somewhere?
like I dunno...Apollo theatre...

do you know about some tribute or concert?

I would like to attend them if possible :)
 
Things have died down significantly here in the states..... But if I see anything I'll let you know..

anyway I will go to Apollo to see if there is something..or maybe Times Square...
who knows...

I'm sure die-hard fans will do something to remember him after a month..maybe something spontaneous

I wish I could go there 6 years ago when I was livin in NYC but none would come with me...my cousin is a "serious" person :D
 
LOL! The Apollo is cool, I've been there a few times for concerts and things. Enjoy your time in NY!

I've always looked at it like a TEMPLE :D

and also one of my music hero ( the biggest, eheheh) was born just behind the apollo theatre...so to me is like something magic :D

I don't understand why. Other countries are still having gatherings for Michael Jackson, especially in August, but why not anything here?? I really don't get it.
 
I am in NYC and tonight I will go anyway at the Apollo just to see...

maybe someone will come there spontaneously...
 
I went to the Apollo Thetre twice and there is still the " Michael Jackson Wall" with all the signs of fans and common people who wanted to pay tribute to immense Michael

also there was a scrapbook where everyone could write something, there were some pics and posters of him hanging from the wall and also some flowers

there were some street vendors who had pretty much everything about him:

t-shirts, pins, magnets, posters, fake albums and dvd's...everything! :D

every minute someone stopped to sign...Michael music was playing in the whole Harlem area and in front of the wall
almost everyone in Harlem wore a Michael t-shirt...
I entered an electronics shop and there were Michael videos on ALL tv's in the shop
I entered a sport-clothes shop and in every department there were Michael t-shirts hanging...

Colony on Broadway ( near Times Square) had written on their electronic sign over the shop " GOD BLESS MICHAEL, RIP"
and they also pretty cool michael stuff inside the shop ( toys..old tickets...all cool weird stuff! :D )

I will post some pictures when I can :)
 
:lol: I don't recall seeing anything honestly... So far just that qTip thing...

Oh and a Prince vs MJ party but that's going down in Sept.
