it depends on the artist. The Artist decides - the spice girls allowed cameras but not video camcorders.

This thread scares the living crap outta me! Cos I'm gonna be in the worst MJ-fan-position after the summer insomuch as I won't be able to do ANYTHING from mid-Sept onwards until the following summer! *cacks myself* So any talk of all these rumours just makes me stressed and lose sleep! I've do have a loan sat in a savings account ready, just in case
