Favorite MJ song used in a film soundtrack/television commercial?

For me it's probably Bad at the end of Megamind lol. It's quite fun.

And then besides that, commercial wise, I like the Sony Xperia Ads using Slave to the Rhythm. I always found it, cool. And I really liked Sony phones so that helps a lot.

Today I accidentally saw it in a recommendation.
This is my favorite commercial. I have audio and used to listen to it a lot at one time.

I never came across an MJ song in any film or tv show.

I did see “i want you back“ being used in a Nutella commercial.
