"Press Statement regarding TII info

This is something you need to post everywhere, facebook, twitter...wherever you want. We are now close to the hearing and we have to make sure everyone listens to us, especially the media.

If you're wondering where did I get all the info, just check this: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=624914579&v=app_2347471856#!/note.php?note_id=406615252341

PRESS STATEMENT

Michael was 50, he was weak, he had anaemia, pneumonia and bronchitis. Not to mention lupus, vitiligo and other issues due to spending most of his life on-stage.

And then there were those doctors, including Conrad Murray and Arnold Klein, giving him a bunch of drugs

- March 5: Press Conference at the O2.

- April: Start of the Audition for the dancers

- May: Dancers start to rehearse

- Michael gives them time to adapt

- May 29: Kenny Ortega and Travis Payne speaking about how to start the shows

- 3D videos were not screened except for the MJ Air one

- “The light man” wasn’t even built

- No one knows anything about the digger for Earth Song

- No full rehearsal took place in the Staples Center, 2 weeks away of the start of the shows in London

- Not a single rehearsal at the O2

- Nothing was taken to the UK. AEG saved that money.

- Smooth Criminal and Dirty Diana were never fully rehearsed

- First rehearsal for Billie Jean: 24th June. 18 days away of the first show.

- In May they had to start all over again because of the 3D thing– a month away of the first show

- The Black or White costume weight was 5 kg. He wouldn’t in a million years be able to wear that and dance

- In the This is it announcement, there’s a shot that’s not in the movie. In it, Kenny Ortega is surrounded by the dancers and he says: “We are here for Michael, may that continue with him leading the way”. That was recorded the 25th June.

So do you still believe This is it was ever going to be put into effect? There was nothing ready, 2 weeks away of the first show in London. They knew it. Michael knew it.

At the end of May, people in the O2 knew there would never be a This is it tour.

Why make all this, then?

Sony wanted the Sony/ATV catalog for themselves. Michael bought the ATV catalog in 1984, then sold 50% to Sony and, since then, Mottola et al have been eager to get all of it. Michael said he would never put it on sale so there was just one way for Sony to get it... kill Michael.

This catalog is now worth $1 billion. Each time a Beatles, Elvis, etc song is played on the radio, clubs, whatever, that means money for the catalog owners. In 2006, Michael tried to buy back Sony’s 50% . Isn’t it funny how, just one year later than that, AEG started talking about This is it with Michael...

Now Michael’s 50% is in hands of the Estate (Branca and McClain), and the rest is still Sony’s. Branca and McClain have stakes in Sony so, in the end, it all ends in the same place.

Something else I want to say. If you have the This is it CD, look at the booklet. See how many songs are from the Sony/ATV catalog, and how many from the Mijac one (the own Michael’s catalog). All of the songs are from Mijac except for one. "

A lot of things there that can be totally false but some might be true.

One think I don't get, can the Estate just sell Michael's part of the catalog, if that's something they feel liek?

What a load of nonsense.

Elvis still lives on the moon though you know?

"The Black or White costume weight was 5 kg. He wouldn’t in a million years be able to wear that and dance"

LMAO.

Moving this to the conspiracy section. Also this has been discussed on end many, many times.
