Now, is it possible the estate know about the cascios pimping false songs and thought they were shady AF - and decided to make sure they could never backstab MJ again in the type of way Robson & Safechuck did?

If the estate thought the cascios could possible turn when they demanded money for positive stories, then they might have reasoned 16 million is small money to make sure we dont have another Leaving Neverland and MJs legacy is dead!

Its a bit of a stretch, but also not impossible to phantom with everything at stake, the settlement money is pocket change compared to all the money the Estate is making that they would not if we had another Leaving Neverland.

The Cascios however has ZERO credibility either way, starting to blackmail the estate when they had received almost all the money, fecking cockroaches!

Will someone close to the estate be able to clarify what exactly is going on, its insane that we have to have all this speculation and no facts! If you are leaking a story make sure they get it right so the story does not have to be repeated time after time and change etc.

I hope the entire situation turns out to be just an elaborate fake news story. Even though it remains strange, didn't Frank Cascio's best friend recently tweet something against Michael, which would 'confirm' the veracity of the article?

Yeah, isn't there some way to contact the Estate and ask whether or not the article is true? Or maybe contact Taj or TJ or anyone who can get in touch with the Estate?

Are people suggesting that the Financial Times are lying when they state at the end of their article that they were in contact with the Estate, thus opening themselves up to major legal issues with an Estate that has proven to have a devastating legal arsenal?

Since there are two different versions out of the story atm:

Number 1 - The Cascios got paid 16-20$ million to only say good things about MJ. And then just threatened with accusations in 2024 for the first time.

Number 2 - The Cascios threatened with accusations in 2020 and got a settlement of 16-20 million and then just came to ask for more money when they payments installments were almost finished in 2024.

As long as there are two different stories out there - its hard to know what the actual story is and what story that is entirely false! Would you not agree?
 
So i never really was interested in the whole Cascio-thing (I hated the tracks on 'Michael', agreed early on they were fake and moved on) but now I am googling that stuff; holy moly what a shit storm..

So this Malachi guy is so, so obsessed with MJ, it was only a matter of time he wanted to test how much he could sound like him. Is he still around? Did he ever apologize?

The voice type may be similar, but there is still a world of difference. There is always a certain pleasant warmth in Michael's voice that I completely miss in others.
