I just came across this photo that I hadn't seen before. Anyone know when/where it was taken?

lol at the glitter handkerchief. I have never seen that pic before either. Guessing from the bow tie and glitter looking shirt I would say maybe it was during a Jacksons tour. The photo looks around the time he did the "She's out of my life" video.
