Has anyone in the USA managed to get thriller 25 today?

I think it's illegal to sell the product before the actual release date, the store could get in big trouble!

I popped on here earlier while I was at work and saw the title of this thread. Didn't have time to click on it and assumed the CD was available a day early. I went to Target after work and they have the Thriller promo pic up but the space for the CD's was empty. The sign said it would be available on the 12th, tomorrow. So, no I couldn't get it today. Hopefully, they'll be put out by the time I leave for work tomorrow morning.

Why are they saying it's out now in the USA when it won't be out until tomorrow? I don't understand.

Does anyone know if iTunes will have it for download and do the downloads count toward the sales figures?
