Paris Jackson received over $3 million in allowance payments from her late father Michael Jackson’s estate in 2021, court docs reveal exactly how she spent the money, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On September 16, John Branca and John McClain, the two men who were appointed executors of Michael’s estate following his death in 2009 at the age of 50, submitted an accounting report in court.

The report details the income and expenses for the period of January 2021 to December 2021. The beneficiaries of Michael’s estate are his daughter, Paris, his sons, Prince Jackson and Bigi Jackson, and Michael’s mom, Katherine Jackson.

During the time period, Paris received allowance payments totaling $3,273,681 and another $10,000 for home construction. The paperwork shows the estate covered tens of thousands in legal fees, 12 months of rent payments (at around $18,500 a month), $26,000 to a travel company and hundreds of thousands in taxes due.
The report shows Paris made two payments (one for $57,377 and another for $66,405) to a well-known production company called FreenJoy, which has worked with musical artists like Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott and Sabrina Carpenter.
FreenJoy worked with Paris on the music video for her song “Let Down” which was released on her debut studio album Wilted. Other expenses include $450 at the Nancy Bank Studio, which is a Hollywood acting school. In 2021, Paris appeared in three episodes of American Horror Story and a film, Habit, with Bella Thorne and Gavin Rossdale.

The filing shows Prince, 28, received an allowance totaling $2,128,511.38.
His expenses include $25,000 on tuition, various legal fees, taxes owed, his cousin Tito Jackson Jr. was reimbursed $1,702 for an expense, $4,000 on valet parking fees, $1,300 at the famed Pink’s Hot Dogs, $1,700 on balloons, $600 on custom signs, over $150,000 on construction, received $1,500 in cash, spent small amounts for catering but did spend $2,693 to cater one event, $61,000 on an event and rental company, thousands on his Chevron card and nearly $2,000 on cleaning services.

Bigi, 23, received an allowance totaling $1,053,085.99 for the year. His bills were paid, Tito Jr., 52, was reimbursed $16,000 for a purchase and he spent $28,264 on tuition.

In the filing, the estate said it previously purchased homes (owned by the estate) for Prince, Paris and Katherine, 95. They also cover all expenses, including insurance, property taxes, maintenance and certain improvements.

The executors said the estate bought Bigi a home during the time period. The estate said it paid for all the expenses related to Bigi’s house. “Following Bigi’s move from the residence, the estate has been paying the rent (and other associated expenses) for the residence where Bigi now resides.”
The paperwork showed Katherine received over $1 million to pay for legal fees and $408,000 on construction costs. The estate also paid over $400,000 on security fees for two homes and another $108,000 to Tito Jr. for work done on the estate.
In addition, the executors paid $150,000 to consultants, $881,000 on storage fees, over $1 million on public relations expenses and $2.5 million on legal fees. Another $7 million was spent on compensation for creatives and executives who worked on a project.

Michael’s estate was paid residuals and royalties for the pop star’s work. He was paid $150 from NBCUniversal for his 1978 film The Wiz, $250,000 for a Capital One commercial and various other small payments.
The estate has over $788 million in assets, which include the homes all of the beneficiaries live in, his various companies, a car collection, cash, stocks and other valuables.

The filing said Paris, Prince and Bigi received $250,0000 as a “legal fee settlement loan to beneficiaries.”

As Us first reported, Paris filed court docs claiming she had serious questions about certain payments made by the executors. A lawyer for the executors claimed all payments made were proper and asked the court to deny Paris’ motion objecting to their request for legal fees to be paid to third party law firms.

Having such private and personal information out there seems wrong. Would've been better if PJ and Estate could have done this privately. This reeks of infighting, and I could be totally wrong but a small part of me feels like this is the Estates revenge for the can of worms she opened recently with her comments. I feel sorry for Prince and Bigi who got dragged in this way.
