I Can't Take It Today

I'm having a horrible day due to a number of things, Michael being gone is a factor. My eyes are still tearing up as I type this. I just wish he was here, it'd make things easier. I don't want to go into work today either but have to. I just don't want to deal with people since I'm a mess. I hurt, I'm pissed. I want to destory, something, anything...

Just saw this thread... I responded to the "how are you coping" one before....

Just don't destroy anything important.... maybe scream into your pillow or something. I myself like to do an "angry dance" when I get pissed off. That may sound silly but I love to put on loud music and just dance like crazy, not even doing real "moves."
