I just wanted to update you guys. Luther Vandross' mother passed away

I told you guys that she was in an induced coma for quite awhile now. Well, she is no longer with us. My prayers go out to the family and friends that knew and loved her.

May she rest in peace. I heard about her passing this afternoon. My heart broke when I heard the news.

Oh no. RIP, Mrs. Vandross. On one hand it's very sad to hear this and on the other I feel she's probably more at peace now. For those who believe in heaven, she can finally be back with her husband and son. My sympathy goes out to her surviving family for their loss.
