45:12 Looks like Omer Bhatti holding him. People always say MJ's kids never saw him perform but it looks like Prince saw him at the 30th anniversary concert. I don't think he's ever mentioned though

His 2 children (Prince and Paris) were in the audience, with Omer Bhatti, during those 2001 MSG concerts.

The singer's longtime nanny Grace Rwaramba was also with them.

They were seating on the VIP seats, and there are actually photos that prove that.

Some months ago, Paris publicly showed one of these photos.
