If this album really exists somewhere, I would be thrilled to see it released today. Even though the title 'Decade 1979-1989' is dated, as is the tracklist. But it would be an album that Michael actually worked on. I know it's another compilation album – we already have a lot of those – but I would love to hear It Doesn't Really Matter (early version of Who Is It – it must be different) and Strawberry Fields Forever. Also, since it would take another two years for Michael to release Dangerous, and knowing he never stopped tweaking songs, I imagine Black Or White and Heal The World might be different on this album.
If it exists, they should release it. It's the closest we can get to an album that is actually produced by Michael himself.
