I have said before in many posts, i will never make any decision about the events of June 25th 2009 and the months leading up to it before the evidence is submitted.
There is one key piece of evidence that may not only SAVE Conrad Murray, but unravel a possible conspiracy to kill Michael Jackson.

What piece of evidence? The left thumbprint left on the syringe that most probably killed Michael... It wasn't Dr Murray's, it wasn't Michaels, none of the body guards nor anyone else matched the fingerprint!
What does this mean? For me, it means there is a murderer on the loose. I am of the belief the Conrad Murray has been framed and that there is another party involved. Who it is, i dont know, but this trial should not end with a conviction. I am almost certain that someone else killed Michael Jackson other than Conrad Murray. Whether or not Dr Murray knew about the conspiracy is an entirely different matter.

I am keen to watch the rest of the events unfold, but it seems that LaToya may actually be right for once...

Are you sure you don't have your info mixed up? I thought there was ONE fingerprint found on a syringe that turned out to be Elissa Fleak's fingerprint. The "unidentified" print (or prints?) were on the IV bag (normal saline; the bag that was cut and had contained the near empty bottle of Propofol in it).

Who's to say one of Murray's girlfriends or Nicole Alvarez didn't accompany him? Were their fingerprints ever checked? (particularly Alvarez)

How come Alberto Alvarez's fingerprints were never found on that bag, considered he testified that he (under Murray's direction) removed it from the pole and place it into the bag; he'd even demonstrated in court how he'd grabbed the bag from the top of the bag to remove it from the hook of the IV pole)

Who's to say that, upon it being declared that MJ was officially dead that Murray didn't contact his lawyer and was advised to get "someone" there at MJ's house to tamper with whatever hadn't been collected by law enforcement/coroner's office? eg) it IS very strange that in the pictures of the normal saline bag on the IV pole, one picture shows the tubing hanging over the knob (the knob one turns to adjust the height of the pole)....while in the other photo, it shows the tubing hanging straight down and NOT hanging over the knob.

Im talking about the syringe

Well there have been NO reports of any 'unidentified fingerprint' on any syringe. It came out on day 8 of the trial that Elissa Fleak's (investigator for coroner's office) fingerprint was found on a syringe, that's it. Not sure what you're talking about.

i was just going to say that.

I don't think Murray will walk : who bought the propofol and the most of the drugs found in MJ's house ? Who admitted to giving propofol ? Who did NOT have the right medical equipment to give propofol ? Who was on the phone 45mn non stop that morning ? Who lied to the paramedics and doctors at UCLA ?

For me that should be more than enough to get Murray convicted.

The unidentified fingerprints don't really matter : it could be anyone's fingerprints (people who manufactured, packaged the products, etc...). You can not fingerprint every person on the planet.

We will never have a clear picture of what happened that morning, there will be unanswered questions. I don't think it's scientifically possible to have a step by step picture of what happened, we have to accept that.

"The court heard on Thursday that unidentified fingerprints, not matching those of Murray, Jackson, the singer's security guards, his personal chef or crime-scene investigators, were also found on another bottle of propofol and two intravenous bags." From three news sources and i saw it on the day 8 video's.

I am almost certain Dr Conrad Murray is guilty of malpractice and should lose his license... however, i believe he is not guilty of killing Michael Jackson. There was an unidentified person in that room while Murray was being negligent. I am beginning to feel like this is a murder and Dr Murray is either oblivious or he is in on it

In order for murray to be guilty all he needs to be is negligent, that in essence is all they have to prove as that is what he is accused of. So with whatever else you believe happened you are stating that he is indeed guilty of the crime of which he is being prosecuted for.

He was charged with INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER. Which will return a verdict of NOT GUILTY. However, they can still down the charge to "Criminal Negligence"

That is not my understanding. That is a very dramatic statement in your signiture for someone you think is guilty of negligence.

I know the defense still have to give their side of the story but so far the prosecutors are winning hands down. Highly unlikely that Murray will not be convicted.
