Jackson hit, 'I'll Be There' hit, added to Grammy Hall

The Motown-made 1970 Jackson 5 hit "I'll Be There" has been added to the Grammy Hall of Fame.

The classic ballad joined 30 other titles that are at least 25 years old and that have lasting qualitative or historical significance. Also cited Tuesday by the Grammy folks: Prince and the Revolution's "Purple Rain," Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again," Harry Chapin's "Cat's in the Cradle," the Beatles' "Penny Lane" and Otis Redding's "I've Been Loving You Too Long."

awesome...he deserves it! I love the song

and no other song of Michael is in there?
so "Purple Rain" had more "lasting qualitative or historical significance" than anything off Thriller?

Grammies.... pfff

That song is just ..wow. It makes me cry everything. It takes me down memory lane.

 I'll be there ... I remember this song ... it made me falling in love with little Michael  his voice so clear ...

it's really deserved and a shame that it was not done long before

Love that song. It takes me back to remembering little Michael.
