That's what Brian Oxman said! MJ had to pay Juliens off in order to stop the auction of his memorabilia taking place - which had been initially organised by Thome himself through a contract himself. He said MJ was beside himself when heard what Thome was doing with his stuff. He says that now that MJ is not here, the same stuff is up for auction again through Juliens. MJ would never have consented to these things being auctioned (you have to wonder, have the children been asked what they would like to keep?). He says the estate are organising the auction, they are doing it to generate money and nothing else. The Jackson family have no say in any of the matters concerning their son Michael.

Randy Philips sister was married to Tohme once as well.

Yeh Randy's sister was married to Tohme in the 70s apparently -

According to records from ancestry.com - the world’s largest family history website - Dr Tohme and AEG Live bos Randy Phillips were related by marriage back in the 1970’s.
Dr Tohme Ramez Tohme (d.o.b. 1949) married Janet Phillips (d.o.b. 1953) on 29th January 1972 in Sacremento, California. The pair subsequently divorced in May 1976 in Sacremento, California.

Divorce – State file: 664652; Dissolution case no: 716055
It has been confirmed by an insider that Dr Janet Phillips, now a Clinical Psychologist working at a practice in Torrance, is indeed Randy Phillips’s sister.
Does this provide a link between the “mysterious” Dr Tohme and AEG Live boss Randy Phillips? Did AEG live play any part in manipulating and isolating MJ? Was Dr Tohme on AEG lives payroll? The plot thickens…….

as always Oxman is half misinformed..

First of all it is not the same stuff up for auction. Estate has the original stuff and some of them are currently at an exhibition at O2 at London.

If you look to the online catalog you can see that this auction includes items from Jeniffer Batten, Michael Bush, Karen Faye, Dave Norhal, autographs, jackets and stuff that Michael gave to people and/or charities. (they openly state this item is from Jennifers' collection or Michael gave this jacket to this person etc etc).

Furthermore you can see a lot Jackson 5 items (ranging from Jermaine's shirts to Janet's shoes) and some Michael's personal belongings (such as glassess, cell phone case etc) being authenticated by Rebbie Jackson - therefore the family are the ones that gave, approved and authenticated this items.

Looks like Joe and Oxman are out of the loop in regards to the auction stuff.

Topic: it's a rumor!

In "Tohme Tohme and Michael's security" was said, Karen FK had this 'rumor' on her facebook.
If she cannot give any link or somewhat to proof her assertion/presumption, then she should really not spread such stuff.
(I couldn't find a single proof about this rumor on the www)

I can not really understand why ppl spread things thru the net without any link or document to verify :doh: (Millions of ppl could read this for many years)
It's exactly the same sh*t what happened to Michael and the tabloid press.

You can not get excited about their behaviour on one hand and do exactly the same crap (spread lies, rumors, untruth..) on the other hand?
Verification also applies to reveal a conspiracy theorie otherwise you are doing nothing else how the media works: hearsay, invent stories ..



I hope I was able to convey what I mean .. a night without sleeping may cause some errors
 
dont see how halima is releated to thome unless its through some marriage connection.they arent even from the same country
