THOUGHT(S): We do have a 1974 performance of "Skywriter" but it's only a crowd view. I would love to see a 1973 live rendition some day. This is my #1 favorite song performed on the tour.
TRIVIA: "Skywriter" was performed using dry ice under the stage throughout the song to create a theatrical fog effect. In 1974, dry ice was replaced with actual fog machines for the performance. Skywriter would also be performed as the first number performed during theater/nightclub shows.
