Mark Geragos on His Client Frank Cascio vs Michael Jackson

What in the fecking feck? Have the cascios just breached the settlement and gone public and to court with the allegations despite the settlement saying any issue would be resolved via private arbitration?

Its utter madness that these scumbags got 20$ million or whatever it was to keep it off the radar, so they first cashed in 20$ million and now are going public and to court for a bigger pay day! What kind of a sh1tshow is that?

The Estate should sue these fuckbags and have them repay all the money + interest + damages etc!

Its also wild that MJ suddenly who were only into little boys now were allegedly molesting a young girl as well, so the whole "boys only" concept we have been told was waterproof now is out of the window....not to mention MJ now allegedly abusing almost 10 accusers while being high on drugs constantly without making a single mistake or leaving a trace of evidence. And on top of that managed to get everyone involved to not tell a single soul about what happened, not only while it allegedly happened and not for 15-25 years after that. Just unbelievable.

Whats sad is that these leeches only have to partially copy the Safechuck, Robson & Chandler allegations and sprinkle it a bit with their own experiences being around MJ to be seen as trustworthy by the media and many easily duped idiots....

This beyond frustrating for us as we have only just enjoyed the positive vibes and the upcoming biopic etc.

Would it not be sensible with some statue of limitations? Especially against deceased individuals? I mean bringing up stuff that happened 30-35 years against a party that can not defend himself is really bizarre. They had all the time in the world to cry foul, especially at the 2005 trial...

This.
Jordan Chandler's copied the terminology of his shrink, Robson and Safechuck copied Chandlers', mixed with a bit of MeToo speak and now The Cascio's add a bit of Epstein terminology

Is Marie Porte related to James Porte?
oui ! https://www.damienshields.com/porte-cascio-wedding-lawsuit/

Frank ne fait pas partie de cette plainte ? Pourquoi ?

Just like Evan Chandler who sued Michael a second time after the settlement because he wanted even more money! That's the reason why it's pointless to pay those people, because no matter how much money they get, they will always want more. The very definition of greed...

Did Michael Jackson try to stop Raymond Chandlers book? I mean everyone could understand that Evan Chandler had provided all the information which should have been a breach of the settlement.

If that could not be stopped, why can not the MJ estate just give all the relevant information to a 3rd party who will release a movie/documentary/series? Of course people will know the MJ Estate had something to do with it, but if Raymond Chandler could release his book then it should be the same thing with the MJ Estate secretly passing along information to a 3rd party?

I do not mean the biopic as Branca & company want their names all over it before anything else ;)

To undermine the credibility of this fraudulent family, the Estate should reveal the whole truth about the fake Cascio songs they sold us.

Dream on real estate has played with publishing the fake tracks themselves

I cannot believe the estate was paying off the Cascios. Everything else about this case aside, that alone is going to look horrid in the court of public opinion. What a f**king nightmare.
Good news is folks are waking up and no longer believe this nonsense. People are seeing right through it. Seeing it a lot of positive comments,

Another thing that would have looked terrible in the public opinion in the immediate aftermath of Leaving Neverland would have been 5 additional accusers and MJs music perhaps being cancelled for good. And if the Cascios had jumped on the train it might have triggered even more opportunists to file false claims and it could have snowballed beyond control with copy cat accusations in mass!

I actually do not blame the Estate for giving them money to shut up, it was not certain they would demand 10 x what they already got. It also accomplished keeping MJs legacy alive during the worst metoo era surviving the Leaving Neverland shock waves.

There was no easy way out for the Estate, either have 5 more accusers go public and face them in court or pay them to go away! Its also likely that these feckers would have been able to join forces with Robson & Safechucks lawsuit had they came out with this shit in 2019 already, which would have been an even worse situation.

What I am trying to say is the Estate was royally fecked regardless what decision they made (in hindsight). I am just trying to keep that in mind as its easy to start pointing fingers :)

You never pay that goes all the way back to 1993.

You never pay that goes all the way back to 1993.
Not even 1993 is an easy "no-pay".

What happens if the case goes to a trial and MJ gets life in prison? It was not a guarantee MJ would walk free. A jury trial is a jury trial, its human beings which are unpredictable. As you know MJ asked his lawyers if they could guarantee that he would win the case and they responded "We can not guarantee you anything Michael.".

What you could be up against in 1993 was a civil case of 3-5 years litigation with endless lawyer costs and possible a big pay-out for the Chandlers at the end of the civil trial. And then a criminal case with Sneddon having been able to sit in on the civial trial and heard MJs entire defense and build his criminal case bypassing MJs defensive strategy. The latter was a big reason why the case was settled as MJ would not have the right to a fair criminal trial and thus could end up behind bars even if he was innocent. On top of that everyone on a jury for a criminal trial would have been poisoned from the civil trial media spectacle.

On top of that you would have had Michael having to endure at least 4-5 years of litigation about child molestation. His mental health would have suffered, he would not be able to tour, not be able to record and release music. Sponsors would have jumped ship, it would have been a nightmare. We all saw what happened during the 2005 trial and despite the vindication MJ would never recover and essentially died because of that trial. If he had fought back in 1993 most likely the same would have happened with Michaels health even if MJ had won the civil, criminal trial or both.

The risk of going to jail & ruining all his career earnings by not settling the civil case was significant. Its easy to say never give in to false allegations, but companies and private persons settle stuff all the time because it might be the best decision, even if it rewards the a scammer or someone making false allegations.

Also at that time it was impossible to predict another crazy family like the Arvizos would come along, let alone the Robsons & Safechuck. We have hindsight, the people making the decisions back in 1993-1994 did not have a crystal ball that could see into the future, thats important to keep in mind!

Considering it was MJ who invited them into his life, thus repeating the exact same mistake he made with the Chandlers, it was sadly easy to predict.

Hi, everyone!

I'm now catching up on the latest... So, Aldo has officially broken the confidentiality agreement. For those of you who want to read and hear what he has to say:

The Sun | 'MONSTER' CALLS New Michael Jackson film is a lie – he was a monster who abused me & all 4 of my siblings when I was 7, claims ‘victim’

This is quite a bold move! The Cascios are now fearless and out for blood/money!

Breaking the confidentiality agreement—which basically started to happen the moment Mark Geragos went public with it—means that they are just as fearless, malicious and ferocious as Robson & Safechuck—and Reed.

strange post from you as usual.

To summarize:

1. Frank Cascio and the three brothers and sister began to change their tune after watching "Leaving Neverland." They each received $3.3 million, officially for the purchase of their life story. Frank is calling the shots.

2. Aldo is now officially breaking the non-disclosure agreement signed in 2020.

3. Edward, Dominic Jr., Marie Nicole, and Aldo are now all suing The Michael Jackson Company for sex trafficking: they allege they were drugged, sexually abused, and raped.

This ties in with the accusations made by Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who also accuse Michael Jackson's company of facilitating child sex trafficking.

Dan Reed (director of "Leaving Neverland") and Sheryl Crow (backing vocalist on the "Bad" tour) have also made similar accusations of large-scale child sex trafficking facilitated by the company or Jackson's entourage.

It's all nonsense, I know. I'm just keeping you updated on the latest developments.

I expected it! These guys were going to "break their silence," and in a rather dramatic way. You'll notice that it's always before a major event for Jackson (the tenth anniversary of his departure or the upcoming film) that these kinds of accusations erupt.

strange post from you as usual.

kelley, we discussed this already... How can we, as a fanbase, fight off those guys and protect Michael Jackson's legacy if we don't know exactly what they are saying?

Aldo chose to speak to The Sun. Not that I want to give them clicks, but we've gotta know what he's saying so we can fact-check, highlight inconsistencies, contradictions, etc.

@MJ TinkerBell

It gets worse every time... According to Aldo, Michael took Xanax and gave it to him too. It reminds me of the Arvizo brothers' "Jesus juice"... According to the Cascios, Michael also took Vicondin and other drugs.

According to Aldo, Michael suddenly pulled down his shorts while he was playing his Game Boy.

Michael allegedly performed oral sex on him, and he simply accepted it, seeing it as an act of love. This ties in with the accusation of chef Phillip LeMarque, who stated during the 2005 trial that he almost dropped a bowl of fries when he saw Jackson abusing Macaulay Culkin while he was playing a video game.

During that same trial, Jason Francia stated that Michael Jackson put his hand down his pants and masturbated him during tickling sessions.

The Cascios are most likely drawing inspiration from these old accusations to create their own. It's pedofantasy.

This is the dailymail, I will post the entire article here so nobody will have to click on it again. I opened it once, copied and pasted the text here and closed the window.

"For decades, their family occupied a place at the very heart of Michael Jackson’s inner circle.

The singer bestowed guidance and gifts and was a frequent dinner guest at the modest New Jersey home of the Cascios, who took immense pride in being chosen by the King of Pop.

But that closeness, they now claim, came at a shattering cost. For the first time, they are speaking publicly about the catalogue of sexual abuse five of them say they endured at his hands as young children.

Aldo Cascio, along with four of his siblings, allege Jackson groomed, manipulated and sexually abused them over a 25-year period, from the 1980s until his death in 2009.

In a harrowing but compelling interview to be broadcast tonight, Aldo, 35, gives a raw, highly detailed account of the years of sexual violation he says he suffered – starting when he was just a seven-year-old child playing a computer game.

‘I was just sitting on the bed with him during the day, and I was just playing my Game Boy,’ he says. ‘And I remember he just went to me and pulled down my shorts.’

Speaking alongside parents Dominic and Connie, and sister Marie Nicole, he fights back tears as he reveals the devastating impact the abuse has had on him.

‘Since middle school, it introduced me to hell and my demons,’ he says. ‘I realised that I might want to end my life one day.’
The Cascio family are currently in a legal battle with Jackson’s estate, seeking to void a confidential settlement they say silenced them and force their claims into a public court. They insist they are not motivated by money, but by the truth.

To the Cascios, it feels as though time has only served to burnish the singer’s legend further.

Since Jackson’s death, his estate has generated some $3billion (£2.2billion) in revenue, with a fawning biopic on the horizon starring his nephew Jaafar.

‘It’s a lie,’ Aldo says of the forthcoming film. ‘They’re probably going to showcase how he was a philanthropist, going to children’s hospitals all the time. The truth is, he did these things to mask what he really wanted to do.’

The Cascio family first fell into Jackson’s orbit in 1984, when father Dominic was manager of the Helmsley Palace in New York, where the singer often stayed when he was in the city.

Dominic took care of Jackson’s special requests, including installing a dancefloor in his suite.

He introduced Jackson to his wife, Connie, and sons Frank, then five, and Eddie, three.

One day, says Dominic: ‘Michael said, “I want to surprise the kids”.’ He arrived at their house and Connie says he ‘wanted to see the kids’ rooms... He told jokes to the kids... he was so kind. We didn’t think about it.’
The couple went on to have three more children – Dominic, Marie Nicole and Aldo – who would stay, with and without their parents, at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch in California.

In 1993, Jordan ‘Jordy’ Chandler accused him of sexual abuse in a case the singer settled out of court for $23million. The eldest Cascio child, Frank, met Jordy on one of his trips to Neverland.

The Cascio parents rushed to ask their children if anything untoward had happened to them, but they denied it. ‘We sent Michael a fax to say we supported him,’ says Connie.

‘He immediately faxed us back: “I hope you guys are OK. It’s all about extortion, don’t believe them.”’

They trusted Jackson implicitly, but when Aldo was seven, the relationship changed in the most grotesque way. Jackson persuaded Aldo’s parents to let him take their son unsupervised to Florida, supposedly to offer him dance training.

When Jackson reached over and pulled down his shorts, he says: ‘It didn’t stun me or anything. I remember being like, just keep playing my Game Boy, and he took down my shorts and started performing oral sex and I was still... I didn’t ask him anything.

'This was Michael. I know Michael, I know he loves me and I love him.’

Afterwards, he says Jackson told him the act was his way of expressing love.
‘Michael told me, “I make you feel good because I love you. And, you know, we’ve talked about love before. So, for me, this was just like an extension of that.” And so, I was like, “OK, I love you too”. And that was how he hooked me in.’

Over the following years, the abuse intensified and the acts Aldo says he was forced into became increasingly disturbing, including full sex at 10 years old.

He details the psychological tricks played by Jackson to keep him under his control, under the guise of ‘protecting’ their ‘special’ relationship.

‘He would train me to say no to any authority and the police,’ he says. ‘If anyone asked, “Are you doing this?” you would say no.

He would say that people think this is wrong, but they’re wrong. This is real, this is love, but these people think it’s wrong and I could get into trouble – they’ll want to kill me... he would make me “Promise you love me and that you’ll protect me”... And so you felt responsible for helping him in any way.’

When alone with Jackson at a Las Vegas hotel, he was told to hide when his lawyer arrived.

The singer even instigated role-plays in which he would pretend to be the police questioning Aldo. ‘The truth was,’ Aldo says, ‘I was terrified of him. The way he brainwashed me, I was scared for my own life.’

As time went on, it became increasingly apparent Jackson was an alcoholic and drug addict.
He was taking Xanax, he was giving me Xanax,’ says Aldo. ‘He was a big drinker and so the real him was this creepy monster that you felt responsible for.’

In a pattern followed by many abusers, Jackson worked to isolate Aldo from his peers, who might have brought home the full abnormality of his situation.

When he was aged 11, he was planning a school field trip with a close friend, but during a telephone call Jackson persuaded him to cancel.

‘He just started getting mad at me on the phone, starts manipulating me by crying, “You don’t love me, I don’t want you to go, I don’t want you to have a best friend. I just want me and you. I don’t want to share you”.’

At Jackson’s request, Aldo left school and asked to be home-schooled. For the first time, his request rang alarm bells for his mother, prompting her to ask if Jackson was ‘doing anything’ to him. ‘I realised I had to tell my mum no, just like always,’ he says.

Around this time, Jackson stayed with the family for four months following the 9/11 attacks in 2001, and that’s when Marie Nicole says he began abusing her, too.

‘He talked about how it’s very normal for men and women to be naked,’ she recalls. ‘He asked me to take off my clothes. So, I did what he said.’

After a year of home-schooling, Aldo went back to mainstream education. It was then that the enormity of his horrific ordeal began to overwhelm him.
‘I realised how wrong this is and how much it had affected me and that my life was over,’ he says.

Their final telephone conversation came when Aldo was 18, just three days before the singer died from an overdose of Propofol on June 25, 2009. ‘I tried to say “Oh, hi” and act normal. “The tour’s going to be fun...”’ he says.

But even then, Jackson took the subject back to his malignant desires. ‘The first thing he brings up is the sex and molestation and he starts talking about it with me again, but I knew going into this call I’m not doing this any more.

‘And when he asks me are we going to do this when we see each other, I said, “No, I don’t want to do this any more”. And he just became silent and... just hung up.’

Aldo remembers working hard to control his emotions. ‘I couldn’t say “F*** you, you’re a piece of s***”. I still had to be nice. I was walking on eggshells there.’

As the world responded to Jackson’s death with an outpouring of shock and grief, Aldo felt ‘relief’. ‘I also had to act sad. I knew that I had to play this double role.’

Traumatised, Aldo would scream into his pillow, cursing Jackson’s name. ‘Why did he do this to me? I hated him and knew I couldn’t free myself of it. I had to live my whole life alone with this and it was hell.

‘I wasn’t able to put my mind to anything. I wasn’t able to have a girlfriend... a relationship... a family because I knew I was keeping this secret in. And I knew that I was never going to tell anyone.’

hat changed in 2018, when he read of the claims being made by James Safechuck and Wade Robson about abuse they’d received at Jackson’s hands, claims which were aired in the docu-series Leaving Neverland. ‘I’m like, holy f***ing s***. He’s doing this to other people,’ Aldo recalls.

He sat his family down and told them the documentary was true because the same thing had happened to him. The revelation devastated his parents.

‘I feel responsible for all this,’ says Connie. ‘I should have known what was happening to my kids, and I didn’t... I saw [Jackson] being so lonely and lost because his career was diminishing.’

Aldo says: ‘I told them over and over, this is not your fault. My mum and dad were just broken.’

Shortly afterwards, Aldo’s brothers Frank, Eddie and Dominic revealed the abuse they’d suffered, too – as, eventually, did his sister Marie Nicole.

The siblings say they were pressured into signing a deal with Jackson’s estate in 2020 without legal representation and before they understood their rights, which, they claim, took advantage of their vulnerability.

For its part, the estate has denied all allegations of abuse, characterising the siblings’ attempted lawsuit as a $213million ‘shakedown’.

Since launching legal action, suspicion has lingered on the Cascios, given their previous support for Jackson.

Frank even wrote a book on their apparently innocent relationship in 2011 called My Friend Michael: An Ordinary Friendship With An Extraordinary Man.

But today, the family are united in their fury at Jackson’s betrayal. Dominic says: ‘He got away with it. He is dead. I would have loved him to face trial and be punished.’

It is far too late for that, but Connie says: ‘If I can help another family that is being abused, I have to speak out.’"

According to the Cascio complaint MJ tried or sexually abused Marie-Nicole in Bahrain when she was 17 or 18 or years old but failed? According to the same complaint MJ sexually assaulted Marie-Nicole when she was much younger in front of two of the Cascio boys to make the point that sexual stuff was OK or nothing out of the ordinary, or normalize it. That strategy would have been extremely risky to say the least...

So now MJ is being accused of being sexually interested in physical adult women as well...the story is getting totally crazy, nothing is consistent, its just total chaos.

On top of that Aldo is claiming that MJ 3 days before he died called him and wanted to ask if they were going to continue f*cking each other the next time they met. Which means MJ was now into having sex with grown adult men as well....as aldo was 19 years old at that point.

With the issues MJ was having during the rehearsals with sleeping & physical well being I kind of doubt his priority would have been to call Aldo Cascio and try and set up a spicy gay sexual meeting with him especially as he was leaving for the UK 50-concert gig shortly after and thus would have no chance to see Aldo anyways in a long time!

Another thing that comes to mind is if Michael Jackson was constantly high on drugs & drinking alcohol, giving alcohol and drugs to children to sexually abuse them, how did the other adults present whether its maids, parents, chefs, security, friends or other adults not notice anything especially children drugged and intoxicated?

If you are going to abuse dozens of children and be part of a serial pedo organization that left no trace of evidence, I would think it would be incredible hard to pull that off if you are constantly drunk and high?

Who were the people working for MJ that supplied him with drugs that knew he was going to give them to kids to be able to sexually abuse them? Its perhaps time to put up the names and interview them? (of course in a legal setting manner) Kind of put up or shut up!

There is so much that does not make sense, that your mind is just spinning round and round...

So all 5 siblings were abused for years, including a girl which completely changes the narrative that MJ was only into boys.

All stayed silent for decades and decades, writing books about MJ , handing over fake songs and praising him whenever they could…..

Until they wanted a slice of the pie themselves 💰 💸
