Michael (2026) - Leaks, spoilers and rumours thread.

I don’t know why but I’m so pissed of John branca 17 years is enough. My concerning is that he will manipulate something after his death that the estate doesn’t go to prince etc marks this thread after his passing someone in his near area / Sony will control over this fake estate. It’s unbelievable that we was hoping years for years that with the biopic they will releasing some demos but NOTHING!!! And the chandler NDA wow good job JB u are fooling us
JB we need some justices From your monkey business

There was so much opportunity

what about the stupid chandler nda?

How many songs in total were part of the biopic?
i didn’t count, but there were a LOT, the 13 songs on the companion weren’t even close to that number and I’m happy with the ones they chose.

Man I really have to watch it again because i don’t remember the full 2 hours but I left the cinema pumped and hyped, it really was an MJ celebration

A friend of one of my best friends went to the premiere last night. How do I put the message in a spoiler tag please?
Type [ SPOILER ] (without any spaces), type the text you’d like to include, then type [ / SPOILER ] (again without any spaces.) Should look like this:

MJ appears in the movie.

This is in a spoiler tag, so please don't read if you don't want any spoilers. I haven't seen the film myself, this is a message that was forwarded on to me.
Thanks @AlwaysThere my friend

I really enjoyed it! Colin Domingo is unsettling and frightening as Joe, I feared him watching the film, a true stand out. Jaafar is superb as Michael, at times it felt like he was back.
The start was engaging (little bit surprising) the time jump from the Victory Tour to Bad live Wembley was a tad jarring (hope they don't jump over the Bad era in part 2, Story Continues)
Shame they didn't use Victory Tour version of Human Nature, I think it was Wembley 88 (not sure)
No unreleased songs, but a nice choice for credit song. I can't wait to watch it again

I heard a rumour Antoine Fuqua's daughter plays Ola Ray but I'm not sure I missed it in the credits

Not necessarily, the movie doesn't need to rely on unreleased songs to be successful, they could be keeping these for future projects.
But for US DIE HARDCORE Fans as a thank you.

Thank you for all the support
Thank you that u are all was fighting against Leaving Neverland
Thank you for success etc.
Thank you for ur loyalty’s

I read somewhere Prince Jackson in the MJ Las Vegas Event, that they are looking over unreleased music for the movie. And based on other previous Biopics there is always a soundtrack that is featured including rare or unreleased material.

Maybe the cascios have more from this PVC Pipe Sessions

Thank you for sharing!

I’m so excited to see it. As others have said, I’m not expecting glowing reviews from pro publications, but the fan response has been heartening. Especially reviews from members here, as we’re generally a harder-to-please bunch (and for good reason).

So the vault is really empty
A biopic isn’t the place for unreleased music. Its to get the general public interested in MJ and to SEEK his material including unreleased music. They need to follow up the biopic with 4k videos, hd triumph, 4k victory, 4k bad. His material needs to be easily accessible (YouTube) and in the highest possible quality.

Maybe after part 2 is released I could see them releasing a posthumous album, but I’m not holding out hope. I’d rather have them do a museum.

Or another Show… btw the soundtrack was the right thing soundtrack that is featured including rare or unreleased material.

I doubt there will be a sequel / part 2.
Don't get your hopes up too high; as always, you'll end up being very disappointed.
