Im not sure, this somewhat resembles his room. But he had green carpeting and I don't believe that there's a vent where this would have to be if in his room.. Also the wooden shelving is not the same.

No it wouldn't. Who wants 2 live songs?! That would be very disappointing. Just release the whole live show as a full album (or preferably a 2-hour DVD).

Time for me to nerd about how much I love this clip.

I Iove the little MJ thing he does with the mic before he spins at 0.26 seconds in the red shirt. Mike did that little moves loads of times on the Bad Tour in particular. I love that attention to detail, really helps with the immersion of Jaafar's performance.
