and yea its a teaser, most don't know the difference tho, if I said trailer drops on friday, there would be 20 messages "we already got that one"
Dude all this forum have literally been calling it a teaser - because that’s what it is.

The next release will be the full official trailer

It wasn't dark then so its a bit incorrect if its like that. I thought it was Victory Tour at first.
Weird, because I saw a comment saying how perfect the lighting was for the Motown 25 reenactment, when that clearly isn't the case. Perhaps they implemented dramatic color grading solely for the teaser.

Am I the only one that doesn’t think the Branca shot is that gratuitous? To me, it seems like them reminding people that Miles Teller, arguably one of the biggest names attached, is in the movie. Branca absolutely has an ego but I don’t think it goes as deep as many insist it does, especially since he shows up for a whole .75 seconds lmao

Yeah it isn't bad, like you said it's only there to remind people Miles Teller is in the movie.

Exactly. Miles Teller is the biggest name attached to the movie.
It would be poor marketing if they didn't show him/capitalize on it.

Regarding nitpicking (colors/lighting/sets/costumes/noses):
Movies are art, not everything is to be reproduced, rooted in 100% reality, or in historical fact.

All in all, I'm not that excited for this - I was never going to be and that's fine, but it's absolutely fantastic to see such positivity and happiness being posted by the majority here. It's so refreshing to see all the positive and excited posts - I'm genuinely glad it's been received so well among fans!
