Whether it's one part or two parts, we are never seeing an 'R' rated Michael Jackson biopic. Even if there weren't any (alleged)legal roadblocks dictating what/who they can and can't depict, they would never aim for anything beyond PG-13.

Why would they need anything over PG-13 to cover the allegations? It's not like they would show any kid being molested and they would most likely focus on the evidence that Michael is innocent rather than graphic descriptions of abuse.
