Looks just like Michael
I don't think the filmmakers will ever admit this, but I truly believe they're using AI - as opposed to just standard CGI. Not that incorporating AI is necessarily a bad thing(especially when it works, as it clearly is here), but there's such a stigma around AI that I'm sure they'd want to avoid negative publicity at any and all costs.

Perhaps I'm wrong, and their conventional CGI work just improved exponentially in a matter of weeks...but this drastic change in such a relatively short time period reeks of AI implementation, IMO....especially after the earlier footage received some pretty brutal critiques.

I'm 90% sure it will be clearer that there's a part 2 much sooner than weeks after... Much sooner.

Only chance not, if plans are changed last minute.
Do you think that they might announce it before the movie’s release then?

I really wish that the police scenes shot in the Neverland ranch would still be seen in part II. Really hope they don’t have to remove all that.

This is what my brain pictured for a split second:

Hehe...
Seriously though... if we talk about there being a cliffhanger... would it be better to have a dramatic and personal one like him meeting (the other) jordan, or should it be something connected to his music or performing?
Maybe something funny, e.g. Bart Simpson?

technically yes.

I read somewhere that the movie ends with the Bad Tour. There was a shot in the trailer where Michael puts his wrist to his face - they say that's the very last scene of the film
Here it is:
Michael: I love Q, but I finally want to do my own thing.
