I believe someone on here said it was from a news report but someone oppsoed to that, saying Beat It wasn`t allowed to be filmed by newsstations (which is true).
The footage is from a Washington news company, they also aired other clips of songs. The guitarist obviously contacted them and asked for the footage as he is present in it
