Rowe wants anyone who would say that MJ was on drug , because these people would be used as witnesses in the lawsuit he , joe and randy are planning to file against AEG . I thought people figured that out long time ago .

Firpo posted emails, he urged Susan to sue him if the mails were not true . she did not , obviously that speaks volume .

as for the police , well we have to remember the people sneddon used against mj and built his case around their testimonies .

In mj's case you don't need to prove anything or have any credibility , say whatever you want , no one will question you .

My point was that what Firpo said about Susan and Rowe

seems to be incorrect.

Of course it doesn't. Suing someone can be expensive and time-consuming. Just look at how much Michael "let go" when he could have sued for defamation? It's a pick-your-battles kind of deal.

With that said, I have no idea who Susan IS, and have serious doubts about her. . . . .

I have a question about those actually investigating. I'm curious to know who all has played a role in this investigation so far.

1) LAPD
2) DEA
3) FBI
3) medical experts
4) murder expert

Does anyone know of anyone else investigating?

And I'm not sure, but is the FBI the highest group investigating from the list? And I wonder if they still are investigating along with the LAPD.

the GA also is investigating the other doctors . Klien will be charged with something not related to mj but uncovered by mj's death investigation . I'm very optimistic .
