I was happy to see Prince just walk by them and Paris wasn't paying much attention to Janet's screaming. That propably was the moment when Paris took a call to their guardian ad litem.

Katherine Jackson's legal team claims Michael Jackson's siblings have concocted a diabolical plot to remove Katherine from her home and her "beloved grandchildren" ... and part of the plan involved ambushing MJ's children.

Katherine's attorney released a statement saying, "Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children."

"After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene."

The statement continues, "Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren."

"Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children. “

I just watched a clip from The Today Show, wherein they covered this story, sans the video clip of Randy and Janet.

Anyway, at the end of the piece, the woman from E! said:

"No matter what, this is not what Michael would have wanted for his children."

The Jacksons have been put on blast, I hope they are happy know!

i think they do more want a piece of mj' money than a wish of fake will.
the will they couldn't change, but i think they will want to control the mj's mother/mj's children/mj's estate.
i don't know what they agreed in serect, but why don't they worried if mj's money controled by one jackson, what about other jacksons? are they sure they could get all they want??
"is there serect contracts to make sure the future??" (just kidding)

Michael Jackson’s kids: Blanket, Prince and Paris Jackson are consulting with their attorney after Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson went to their home yesterday and tried to physically remove them.

Let’s recap before we go further because this is confusing. Katherine Jackson was reported missing on Sunday and her grandchildren said they hadn’t seen her in over a week. Jermaine came out with a statement saying Katherine was in Arizona with her daughter Rebbie Jackson relaxing. Apparently it was Janet’s idea to get Katherine out of Calabasas because the stress over the fight over Michael Jackson’s estate was taking a toll. Katherine Jackson is 82 years old and her children are still teenagers. Not sure how that happened.

OK, so according to Radar Online, Randy, Jermaine and Janet had the bright idea to fly the kids to see their grandmother in Arizona (and make sure all the media cameras were there to film it) so the family could be (portrayed as) happy and reunited again. Crazy ass Jacksons….

“Randy was telling Prince Michael he had to leave with them and that he had a private jet chartered to take them all to Arizona to see Katherine. Prince firmly held his ground and told Randy he wasn’t going anywhere with them. The security detail prevented the three of them from taking the kids out of state. The cops had to be called and Janet kept saying they had a legal right to be at the house when in fact they don’t. The rental house is in the name of Michael Jackson’s estate, so they were told to leave immediately. For the time being, they won’t be allowed to come back to the rental house and guards at the security gate have been told under no circumstances are they to allow them in. Paris was absolutely hysterical and kept telling her uncles to just bring her grandmother home,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

“The plan to take the kids out of the house was going to be a publicity stunt. The kids were going to be paraded into the house in Arizona where Katherine is staying and those photos would be published on a website favored by Randy Jackson.”

Since then, Michael’s children have consulted with the attorney that has represented them – and only them – since their father’s death three years ago. They are working towards keeping themselves safe because they have some of the most unstable relatives OF ALL TIME. Oh, and apparently Paris got down with Janet. But I always thought Janet was the normal one? Maybe there really is no such thing as a “the normal one” in the Jackson family. Regardless, Paris is a little bad ass.

“It’s certainly extremely concerning to Margaret Lodise that Katherine has been out of town for over a week and that the children haven’t spoken to her in that time. Katherine needs to get home quickly because there could be far reaching consequences as far as custody of the kids goes as it pertains to Katherine. It’s very likely that Lodise will be going to court as early as Tuesday to express her concerns to the judge, as she has a legal obligation to do so.

“Paris got into a scuffle with her aunt Janet upon entering the house because she told Paris she had to stop posting family information on Twitter. Janet physically tried to take Paris’ cell phone from her, but she wouldn’t give it up. It was just a very, very unfortunate situation that didn’t need to occur. If Katherine isn’t physically capable of taking care of the kids anymore, then the Courts are going to get involved, and very quickly. The kids can’t be caught in the middle of the ongoing drama of the Jackson family, period.”

Janet better step off! She and Paris have been bickering back and forth lately regarding Paris’s burgeoning acting career. Janet wants her to wait and go to school and Paris wants to go full speed ahead now. So… they have issues. Trying to take a teenager’s cell phone away doesn’t help the situation.

Like I’ve said before, this isn’t close to being over. We’ll keep you posted. One thing’s for sure, Katherine better get back and slap some sense into those kids. They are causing all sorts of trouble and a whole lot of sh-t is about to go down.

Janet's action just proves the story of Paris controlled by Trent is fake. It's obvious that they don't like Paris put all of these mess on internet. Pathetic family. I really hope someone can step up and take them over.

Plus, if it's all Trent's doing and he is manipulating the kids then why did they feel the need to throw dirt on the kids in the media and try to discredit them?

Hilarious considering the stories the siblings have been selling for years on mj - they don't like it when it affects them. Such poetic justice that the complete lack of concern and supervision paris has had for the past couple of years from the family has resulted in her outing her family on her twitter account and causing this complete shitstorm. Have really underestimated prince and paris iin their dealings with the family, had thought they might be brainwashed, but mj raised them right and they don't take nonsense.

Re Mrs J. I just can't believe that she's still holed up in arizona playing card games completely oblivious. She was interviewed for half an hour by the arizona police - did she think this happens to all visitors to the state. She must know that something is up, i can't believe that they didn't tell her that her granddaughter has been expressing concern and her carer had sent out a missing person report.

The executors of Michael Jackson's estate will go to court to seek an emergency guardianship of Michael's 3 kids ... alleging that Katherine has been effectively kidnapped by Michael's siblings and as a result his kids are in danger and without supervision.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the executors feel responsible for protecting the kids ... since the kids are the primary beneficiaries of their father's estate.

As we previously reported, Katherine went off the radar more than a week ago leaving her grandkids behind as Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito executed a long-standing plan to convince Katherine that Michael's will was a fraud and the executors had to go.

Sources tell us ... this plan has been in the works for months, but here's the problem ... Even if the will was invalidated, MJ's brothers and sisters would get zilch because the prior will also gives them nothing.

And, although we're told Randy wants to make a move to replace the executors, that would never happen. First of all, the executors will not be removed. And second, even if they were removed, the court would never appoint someone with no background in finances.

We're told the executors are drafting the guardianship papers now and they expect to file in the next few days.

I have a question. Can the estate freeze the payout of Katherine's allowance if she remains in hiding? Sure the family claims she's just resting but can they request to speak to her in person to make sure that she's still alive and well?

Something tells me this is not what randy and co had in mind when they started this mess! I'm totally in favour, the estate are the only ones who have behaved with class, decorum and intelligence. Although the conspiracy loons are going to completely spontaneously combust over this.

This still makes no logical sense.
If KJ is really resting and is in good health then she should be able to answer this madness by phoning the kids and by phoning a TV network to explain what's been going on.
The fact that she's not doing so leads me to believe she is either:
a) Completely unaware of the mess her offspring are causing and is living in blissful ignorance - seems highly unlikely;
b) Being actively prevented from doing it (i.e. being held hostage) - seems possible; or
c) Unable to make contact (i.e. seriously ill) - seems possible due to her age.
I hope none of those suggestions are true, but I can't think of any other options.
In all those situations the Jackson family are helping to fuel a PR disaster. After so many years being in the spotlight you would have thought that the Jacksons would have figured out how to manager their public image a little better than this. I'm constantly amazed how the Jacksons can sink lower and lower. I thought Janet was above all the usual Jackson crap because she normally distances herself from it, but it seems she's just as bad as the rest of them.

Im so incredibly sad to see this being played out. MJ did so much for his family and is this how they thank him? They never thought of for once give something back to him like love, comfort, care and protection for his children? He would have appreciated that way more than anything else.

TMZ has this wrong, the Court-Appointed attorney they received when their father died is the one going to court today. This attorney was chosen by the Judge who probated the will and no one else. The family has a crazy notion that if they take the children out of state they can gain custody and control.

I'm stilll a little confused as to who was part of the "ambush". Clearly Randy and Janet were there but was Jermaine actually there because that is Austin in the photo with Janet not Jermaine as TMZ reported. On a side note, I think it's just as bad that none of the other siblings have spoken up or done anything to help the kids. It's like they've stuck their heads in the sand.

It's simple as 123 if Michael could get love and peace from his family, he wouldn't be looking for surrogate families. All he wanted is L.O.V.E.

Personally, as much as I would like for that TMZ story to be true. I doubt that it is. Because Estate already said that they have no legal standing to step into what's going on with Michael's children. But this is a shameful and disgusting mess. I hope somebody finally stops this craziness. It's beyond ridiculous now, in my opinion. And I have to admit that I am especially disappointed in Janet. I thought she knew better than to get involved with something like this.

Who else is going to look after the children's interests? I can't see anyone named jackson being trusted now - a judge will have to rule on living arrangements because i can't see mrs j continuing as guardian, maybe one of the 3t can step in?, but the legal and financial interests of the children are going to have to be kept separate, and that can be overseen by the mj estate.

Well if that story is true then Karherine wont be able to get the allowances that are for the kids. Who will bet she will re-appear as soon as the kids money are cut off?

Can the estate actually seek emergency custody to take over PPB? I though they said they have no position to do that. or because it's "emergency"? If the TMZ story is true. I guess now Randy&Co would say the estate is trying to kidnap MJ3.

If the children met their guardian ad litem was true, I am sure she would find the temporary arrangement for those children's well being amid the Jackson siblings drama.

What could be (or what was ) Randy's plan ??? What will they gain by doing this ? I don't understand... The will is not going to change whatever they do, the executors and the kids' guardian ad litem are not going to resign, so why want to remove Katherine from her house, and try to take control of the kids ?

But in that case they'd still stay in the Jackson family and have contact with the very people who caused this mess.
I think an outsider would be a better and a safer idea. I say contact Diana Ross and whenever the Kids would get to see any Jackson again, do it under supervision of a bodyguard and a lawyer!

The Estate's applying for emergency guardianship? Wow, assuming it's true, that's an incredibly symbolic action that shows the seriousness of this whole situation. It's another example of why the Estate is generally doing a good job. They have been watching this mess unfold and are putting things in place to protect the kids, just as MJ would have wanted.
Now let's see what happens. The Jacksons will have to sort this out quickly if they want to avoid losing the kids for good. I bet there's panic in the Jacksons camp. If KJ still doesn't contact those kids in the next few hours then I am seriously worried for her health.
