MJ Costume

Hi guys,
I'm having a party on saturday and i was wondering if you guys could help me out.. It's a tribute party to Michael so I would like to sorta dress like him..
Now i can't order anything from the internet anymore because it's simply to late for that,anyone any ideas how to make your own MJ costume?
(Most likely from his Billie Jean performances)

Billie jean will be hard man! Because of all the glitters.
What about the way you make me feel 'suit'
You can use a black jean or black pants, just a white shirt and a blue blouse. then you use something what will look like the white 'thing' he had around his pants.

Thanks, I was also thinking about the 'suit' he had in the second part of Black or White..
