This isn't a prank, Branca
In a surprising new chapter in the ongoing story surrounding Michael Jackson’s legacy, all three of his children, Prince, Paris, and Bigi, have now joined forces in a legal move requesting a detailed financial breakdown of the Estate’s 2025 expenses.

According to newly filed court documents in Los Angeles, the siblings are asking a judge to require the Estate to provide its 2025 accounting by September 15, nearly nine months after the year’s end. The petition argues that the Estate has “adequate resources” or can obtain them within eight months to complete the accounting, despite executors requesting 16 months to finalize the numbers.

What makes this development particularly notable is Prince’s involvement. Over the years, Prince has been publicly supportive of the Estate, regularly attending Michael Jackson’s annual birthday celebration in Las Vegas, working closely with the Estate on projects, and even being seen on set during production of the highly anticipated Michael Jackson biopic. The Estate has also supported Prince’s charity work, including use of the Hayvenhurst property.

Paris, however, has been engaged in a separate and more direct legal battle with executors John Branca and John McClain for months. In previous filings, she accused the Estate of holding over $464 million in cash without placing it into higher-yield investments and distributing significant sums to law firms. Court documents referenced payments of over $4.5 million to 10 law firms in 2021, as well as $148 million in executor compensation between 2009 and 2021.

I'm surprised this isn't being discussed more too. Up until now, Prince has very much been seen as to be in support of the Estate and their doings. This is a pretty big deal. We had rumours that the Estate were to cough up for any reshoots for the film as a consequence of the alleged "Chandler agreement misunderstanding".

If the Estate were handing out secret payoffs in 2019 the it's only natural that the kids wonder what the hell is going on. Branca comes across as enjoying the popstar lifestyle.

Paris Jackson is pushing back against the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate as their ongoing legal dispute continues in court.
In a new filing submitted on February 26 in Los Angeles, Paris’ attorneys argued that a recent motion filed by the estate’s executors was unnecessary and only served to delay the case. According to the filing, the anti-SLAPP motion brought by the estate last year had little real impact on the dispute and mainly made the process longer and more expensive for Paris.

The source of this is the National Enquier
It should be easily proven since it says court documents were filed, but MJVibe should be treated as such going forward. They are on a roll of absolute drivel and AI written articles.

Paris Jackson isn’t holding back.
The daughter of Michael Jackson is once again clashing with the Estate, this time over the much-hyped biopic Michael. While legal tensions between Paris and executors John Branca and John McClain have been simmering for years, things just escalated with Paris zeroing in on the film’s creative (and financial) decisions.
Paris made it known she wishes the project well, but said “that does not change potential concerns” she has with the Estate’s involvement. One decision in particular stood out, Branca casting Miles Teller to portray himself. Paris questioned the logic, calling it “unclear how this peculiar and presumably costly casting decision will result in commensurate box office receipts.”

Paris i love u but all us mj fans are looking forward to the biopic pleaseeee dont ruin it for us
I think it's great to see someone challenge the Estate, especially since in the past 18 months alone we learned:

They made a multi million dollar payout to the Cascios to avoid negative headlines post Leaving Neverland
They removed the Casio tracks that they paid millions for (along with 9 other songs) to the Cascios
Their negligence caused severe rewrites and additional shooting for a major motion picture film, essentially changing the plot of the film

Best of luck to her.

I love this quote from the MSN article:

"Among her criticisms, she questioned the decision to cast Miles Teller as Branca, suggesting it was an expensive choice with unclear commercial value."

Brilliant. Lots of us have questioned this!
Who the heck is milles teller anyway??? Has he been on other shows?

You could actually look up his filmography for yourself to see what else he's been in, it's not like you are stuck for time :ROFLMAO:

Anyways, I thought he was very good in Top Gun: Maverick but my issue (and Paris') is having anyone remotely as famous as Teller to play John Branca.

After all, he made Jason Malachi world-famous, that's quite an achievement, that no one would have thought possible. Mission Impossible, so to speak.
