MJ’s Performances

I can’t really find a thread that talks about his performances, which is one of the most interesting things about MJ imo, so I decided to make one myself. I feel like his performances should be talked about more, so with that said, I have two questions:

How many full concerts do we have of MJ? And how are people getting these concerts?

Not entirely sure of the answer to either, but I suspect most are on YouTube, so that maybe a good place to start to get some answers.

I recently learned about how we got Oslo 1992 (crowdfunding), and some of the performances were from one of MJ's dancers LaVelle. But I wonder how we got Copenhagen and the two Kuala Lumpur concerts
