Oh I see, it wasn't Murray or the Butler. It was the Demerol that did Michael Jackson in.

This fool must be making this stuff up as he goes along, because I hate to think what he is "trying" to say now, was something that was thought out and planned. It's really THAT bad in my opinion.

Indeed, the defense is an even bigger mess than I expected.
 
Defense is really stumbling to get through.
 
I have never seen anyone in my life talk that long to say nothing at the end!!! There's no information, no proof... NOTHING!!! What is he trying to say!!

Also loved Murray oscar winning cry scene... my favorite part is when he was waiting for the lawyer next to him to give him the cue to go!!

I'm so sick to my stomach!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I can't believe how bad chernoff is coming across. Stumbling, bumbling and finding it hard to keep track of his own BS
 
it's really difficult to follow his train of thought, he is jumping from one topic to another
 
I think Chernoff is trying to win by confusion. He doesn't even know what the hell he is going to say next and has to make sure that he is "getting it right". Wow! I don't think they think they have a chance to beat this are just throwing everything out there and hope something sticks.

It's the torture to hear the defense statement, they really don't have any defense, full of nonsense. It's so clear their strategy is to attack Michael.

I don´t get what the defense is saying either, even though I´ve been listening to it from the beginning. He is just not making any sense at all.
 
50 mg does not need the kind of monitoring propofol usually requires

To be honest, I always felt that they had no defense, but I didn't expect Chernoff's opening to be this bad.

Aside from trying to put the blame on Arnold Klein, he's basically saying NOTHING to help his client, in my opinion.

Talking loud, and saying nothing! I "think" that's from a James Brown song.

Maybe THAT'S the defense, i.e. "bore the jury into submission."
 
defence opening over lunch break. defence was about 45 mins. back at 1.30 pst so 1hr 30 from now
 
I thought they couldn't bring Michael's past med. history. Why Chernoff has to talk about the treatments Michael received at klein's office.
 
doesn't harm in small amounts are they kidding me? That's not what my anesthesiologist told me.
