I only have a few...some not so great...I'm getting used to drawing his face though, so I hope one day it'll look really brilliant when I paint on canvas.

Your drawings are very good, What paint would u like to use? oil or acrylic. I love oil:) I think u should get that canvas and give it a go, from what I see here u will do very well, I cant what to see:)

I hope you do end up doing some paintings on canvas. Would love to see them. I also love oils (I just never could master acrylics). Which would you use? Be sure to post pics if you do more sketches or paintings. Love these!

well I've only used acrylics. I'm too scared to try oils...
I'm sure there's a difference between using the two...

thank you for the compliments! I will post up more when I create more! :D

Yeah, acrylics are water-based and oils are oil-based. Acrylics have easier clean up, but it's harder (at least for me) to do blending as they dry so quickly. You can use acrylic retarders to slow the drying time, and flow mediums to help with blending...but that's just all too much work for me. I like the oils because they are easier to blend and have a longer dryer time. It also takes a lot less paint with oils. And it'll sound weird, but I like the way oils smell when I'm using them in my studio. LOL I use acrylics for little things from time to time, and for craft projects, but never for anything like portraits or other detailed paintings. I do admire those that use them though.

Very nice! You have an interesting and unique style. I would love to see more. :)

i love the one with pen, it ask a lot of patients i think. The eyes are beautifull and the way he stares.
