Since Nancy Reagan died today (RIP, Nancy-now you're with your husband again), a lot of stories about her and Michael Jackson have popped up on my newsfeed.
This one was pretty interesting-I know they met before and after March 88 (he visited the White House to give them the use of Beat It for their anti-drink/drug program and she also had lunch with him on the set of Black or White).
But this is a story by the Secret Service when she was in Trump Tower to see the Phantom of the Opera at the time Michael was performing the BAD tour at MSG. Not sure if this is the same time Michael went to see Phantom with Liza or not.
Also not sure why he said Michael looked gaunt-he didn't look gaunt to me at the Grammy Awards, but the TV does put on 10 pounds.

Another story about all the celebrities that participated in the "Just Say No" campaign. Michael and the "Flintstone Kids" did Beat It.
(believe it or not, I DO NOT remember seeing this cartoon before!!! I loved the California Raisin ones, but this is also adorable-look at him!)
