Need help finding a short film

Hey. I know I'm not very active here. I would like you guys to help me find a short film I saw a long time ago. It had stop motion and 2D animation. I remember a couple scenes.

1. A scene involving a man in a long, black jacket asking people if they believe God then shooting them if they say yes.
2. The main character driving backwards and running over people to "save" them.
3. The main character opening all the doors at once.
4. The main character being cut up in a non-gory, cartoony style.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
