Michael vocals in the Off The Wall era are superb so if any of these were recorded then they could be some of the best unreleased tracks vocally but I don’t think that’s the case here sadly.
Honestly they could be better than the album
 
The general rumor among “insiders” is that there is little to no usable material from the Off the Wall sessions; most of it wound up making the album. Even the songs that are commonly attributed to that era (“She’s Not a Girl,” “Going to Rio,” “What a Lovely Way to Go” don’t have confirmed dates of creation and could’ve been recorded much earlier.

Side bar: I always found it weird that people call “In the Life of Chico” a song. The leaked manuscript reads more like a story/movie idea; it’s definitely not lyrics.
